Program Fees & Tuition

All program fees, tuition payments, registration fees, and deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, after-school programs, summer programs, workshops, and special initiatives.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Absences or missed days

  • Early withdrawal from a program

  • Schedule changes

  • Program dismissal due to violation of policies or agreements

Program Changes or Cancellations

In the event that Emmy’s Dream Builders cancels a program or service, families will be notified, and any applicable refunds or credits will be determined at the organization’s discretion.

Donations

All donations made to Emmy’s Dream Builders are non-refundable. Donations are used to support program operations, services, and mission-aligned initiatives.

Payment Errors

If you believe a payment was processed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review the request and respond accordingly.
